Shipping Policy

Shipping options may vary based on the delivery address, the time of purchase, and the availability of items. While processing your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods, their cost, and the delivery date of your order. 

In-store Pickup - FREE

  • The original purchaser must show their ID and QR code from the electronic receipt. If another person picks up for the original purchaser, the individual must also show identification and the QR code.

** Standard delivery is available for all U.S. addresses. However, APO/FPO military address deliveries arrive within 7 - 10 business days via USPS.

**Express & Next Day deliveries are not available for P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, and other certain areas our parcel carriers cannot reach.

U.S. & Canada Standards:

  • Shipped from the Boutique: Economy & Standard delivery USD 9.99 and respectively 13.99. Orders shipped via economy delivery typically arrives in 4 -10 business days for the United States and select Territories. 
  • Shipped from the Vendor (Online Only Merchandise): Allow at least 1-3 business days for processing and at least 3 - 5 business days for shipping. The shipping cost varies but is between $9.99 to $14.00 based on the vendor. 
  • Please note: Some merchandise may ship and arrive in multiple packages.

Damages and Other Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your merchandise is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong merchandise so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Missing or Lost Packages

The Unique Bee Boutique is not liable for any products lost or missing during shipping and delivery. If you received your order damaged or do not receive it all, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. However, you may also notify the boutique to see if we can help you evaluate the issue.
